You name the country and I can make it happen — I have vetted and trusted travel partners all over the world. That being said, because I lived in London for so long (10+ years!) and have also spent significant amounts of time in Austria, Germany, France, Sweden, Italy, Greece, Thailand, Vietnam, China, and Bali. So I have a particular affinity for helping my clients with these sorts of itineraries. BUT…I’ve been to over 75 countries, so I can pretty much do anywhere! And personally, I love Egypt, Morocco, and Jordan.

With the exception of hotel-only and cruise-only bookings, I usually charge a Design Fee before I begin crafting your itinerary. Because most of what I do is customized to you and your needs, this fee accounts for the comprehensive research and support that goes into each trip I plan. My fee varies depending on the length and complexity of your vacation—I’ll share the exact fee with you after your complimentary consultation call, but generally, my fees start at $350 per week for a custom itinerary for a party of two. Over the years, some clients have pointed out that there are other advisors out there who don’t charge fees. That is not true. If you’re not paying a Design Fee upfront, you’re definitely paying that amount — and more — in commission to your advisor on the backend. With a Design Fee, I can focus on finding you the best possible experiences instead of focusing on providers who pay the heftiest commissions. Here are some of the things my design fee covers:
Itinerary research
Hotel research
Flight research
Reservation management and booking for your accommodations
Arranging transfers and transportation throughout your travels
Securing private tour guides and local experts for your excursions
Booking museum tickets and private tours
Dining recommendations
Setting up an interactive mobile itinerary app for your trip
Being there for you before, during, and after your trip
Helping you file insurance claims if necessary

Let me share my own experience. Before I became a travel advisor, I wanted to island hop in Greece, I knew that I had no idea how the ferries worked or where to stay on each island. So I worked with a travel advisor to craft an amazing itinerary where I saw so much more of the Cyclades than just Mykonos and Santorini. I also spent time on Paros, Antiparos, Naxos, and Koufonisia—my personal favorite. My travel advisor made sure that I had all the best ferry connections, and when I got off each ferry, there was someone there with my name on a sign. There’s no way I could have organized this trip by myself. And now, I have the connections to do the same for you!
Likewise, just before Covid, I wanted to spend a month in China. I know some very basic Mandarin but was very worried about being in a country where I didn’t know the language. So I hired a travel advisor who booked all my train tickets for me, along with local guides in Shanghai, Chengdu, and Xi’An. My guides were ALL amazing. They had been handpicked for ME and my interests. Today, through my host agency, I can provide my clients with the same level of service and customization.
If you just want to show up in a city with no plan and stay in an Airbnb, I’m probably not the right fit for you. (Plus, ask me about my very short stint as an Airbnb property manager in London and the icky things I saw.) But if you want to be met at the airport by someone with your name on a sign, get VIP’d at some of the most amazing hotels in the world, take eye-opening tours with wonderful guides, and not have to worry about what you’re doing each day of your trip, I’m your gal! Let me do all the heavy lifting and make your vacation seamless for you!

I get paid in two main ways: through my Design Fee and through a small commission my partners pay me generally 30 to 90 days after you return from your trip.
